SUBSTRATE PREPARATION
All surfaces to be treated must be structurally sound, clean and free of dirt, grease or other surface contaminants. Holes/non-structural cracks should be filled. The surface should also be strong enough
ARDEX Primer is needed for absorbent substrates before installation.
MIXING
Transfer the measured amount of LIQUID to a suitable sized mixing container and add POWDER. Then thoroughly mix it using a low speed mechanical stirrer until a uniform mixture is obtained.
MIXING RATIO
LIQUID: POWDER=1:2(by weight)
INSTALLATION
Install a bead of neutral cure silicon sealant in all wall/floor junctions, cracks and over the shower hob. After the silicon is cured, lay the ARDEX WP Tape to these areas.
Apply a full coat of PD WP membrane to the wall or floor areas including the wall/floor junctions and shower hob. Allow to dry for 6-8 hours. Apply a second fully coat in the opposite direction to all areas.
Check the final coat for pinholes.
PD High Flexible Waterproof Membrane must be totally dry before tiling which can take 48 hours.
COVERAGE
About 2.1 kg/m² by 1.0 mm dry film
LIMITATIONS
Apply whilst surface temperature is between 10-35°C. Do not apply in situations where relative humidity is > 85%.
PD High Flexible Waterproof Membrane is not classified as a trafficable membrane.
CLEAN-UP
Wash all equipment in water or water immediately after use.

STORAGE & SHELF LIFE
12 months(original sealed), in dry, clean, shady and cool place without ventilation.

Avoid breathing in powder.
Avoid contact of skin and eye.
Wear appropriate protection gear such as face mask, gloves, and safety glasses.
If the product enters the eyes, wash with clean water and seek medical advice.
Keep out of reach of children.
